We ordered these pulls to replace outdated, brassy pulls on our kitchen cabinets and drawers. Our order was received promptly, correctly and without any damage. It would have been nice if instructions had been included about the “snap off” screws as not every homeowner would know about these. We weren’t and thought we may have to order these pulls appropriate length screws. Thankfully the internet came through for us!! The pulls do appear to be of good quality and we’re very pleased with the final outcome.

2 years ago we used this hardware for a remodel of our closet. Recently the screw became loose and could not be fixed, so we searched for the pull to replace it. It was easy to find on your website. Was delivered quickly and now is the pull on the drawer.
